Help with a payment

Please email us from the address you use for your Sesi account, and include the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with pay_). See also Refunds & cancellations.

Safety, privacy or a complaint

Write to hello@sesiai.in with "Grievance" in the subject. Our grievance officer is the SesiAI team, and we'll answer as quickly as we can and within the time the law requires. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Terms.

In an emergency

Sesi is not an emergency service. If a child is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a trusted adult straight away.
