The short version
- Sesi is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped.
- Your plan or extra time starts instantly after a successful payment, on the grown-up account you paid from.
- Sesi works in a web browser at app.sesiai.in on phones, tablets and computers, and can be added to the home screen like an app.
How you receive it
- After payment, Sesi confirms on screen and your child can keep chatting straight away.
- Your plan and its end date are shown in grown-up settings. Razorpay emails you a receipt.
- You can use your plan on any phone or computer where you sign in to the same grown-up account.
If something doesn't arrive
If you've paid and the plan hasn't started within 30 minutes, email hello@sesiai.in with your payment ID (it starts with pay_). We'll fix it, or refund you in full (see Refunds & cancellations).
Where it's available
Sesi is available in most countries. It isn't available where the AI services we use can't operate, or where the law doesn't allow it. The website shows prices and the free trial for your country.
